As we continue our work to expand opportunity, strengthen our communities, and empower the next generation of Black and Latino developers, I am proud of the progress we are making together. The United Developers Council was founded on a simple but powerful belief: when we equip our people with knowledge, access, and collective support, we transform neighborhoods—and futures.

Across the country, developers, partners, and community leaders are stepping forward with renewed purpose. We are building pipelines that open doors to land acquisition, development financing, and long-term ownership. We are strengthening relationships with public agencies and private institutions that recognize the value of inclusive development. And we are cultivating a national network of innovators committed to reshaping the landscape of real estate for generations to come.

This year, UDC will continue expanding our educational programs, deepening our partnerships, and elevating the voices of emerging developers who are ready to lead. Our mission is not only to build projects—it is to build people, build capacity, and build wealth where it has long been denied.
